Rendering of what the Alpina F12 B6 may look like

Here we have a rendering from a guy who goes by Roger. It of what the Alpina B6 may look like taking styling cues from the B5 and B7. Pretty good overall but the sideskirts and rear bumper need work to set it apart from the stock image. Will Alpina do a B6? Well, chances are pretty good as they have done it before. When it comes it will likely mirror the B5 which means forged internals in the N63 with larger turbos pushing 507 horsepower.

Yes it is, I like what Alpina is doing. The model will be somewhat redundant with the M6 but I like that Alpina addresses the motor and turbos. Hell, what they do with their models is more than BMW did with the 1M.

It is a good rendering. However it is not very difficult to envision what Alpina will do with the car. They are very much into the "Q-ship" philosophy as they leave the overt garishness to Hamann. They will put their Classic staggered 21" rims and mount that magical suspension that BMW really needs to emulate. And the excellent build quality and attention to detail. It will probably be around 540-hp just under the up coming F12 M6 Coupe and probably as good if not better than the M6.

Yep, not hard to figure out what they will do. The HP will be the same as the B5 though, don't see why it wouldn't be.

It will be softer than the M6.
