Seems like with 2.5 more psi and meth your car should make an easy 50-60 more whp than his car ?? Also I notice looking at all the dynos the Gintani kit seems to make max power at about 7400 - 7500 RPM then go flat. Can you post up your Dynojet files so we can see your power curve, boost, AFR's etc.. ???

    Thanks
    I'll answer your question.

Niterider is running a full exhaust, Drew isn't.

What you notice is the torque curve dropping as that is how the cam profile is in the cars. Take a look at an NA dyno to see the dropoff. That is how you can tell ESS manipulated their past graphs to not drop off. Take a look at the independent dyno's, which you were told to in the other thread. You can see the similarity between Gintani curves, ESS curves (on an independent dyno), and G-power curves as it should be. There is no getting around this.

If you take a look at the stroker on the dynojet, you can see the torque starts dropping off around 7500. The G-power dyno does the same thing. It has nothing to do with the hardware or tuning as they are all centrifugal blowers and everything to do with the stock cam profile and redline.

    Also different dynos read differently.

Btw the meth injection isn't being used as a fuel additive just additional cooling. He can run out of meth and the car will run the same no problem.

    Yes, and on different days.

Regardless, his 60-130 tells the story.

Yes, different exhaust set ups, different dynos etc. too much differences to even compare are dynos. But hey at least were not claiming we make 600+whp uncorrected Click here to enlarge

Drew just proved the dyno doesnt mean $#@!, his 60-130 speaks for it self. Those are very fast times.

I was pretty concerned over the beating they had taken on the forums for a while at the hands of specific interests. But now, with the results and content slowly getting out and people starting to see the quality of the parts, tuning, and options, slowly but surely some people will have no choice but to stop putting them down as a "no-name shop in SoCal."

It just takes time, but it is good to see a shift is already taking place.

Nice, i knew something was up lol. IMO Gintani pulled a great move, Drew definitely made VF get far and now he will be helping out Gintani. Already a very impressive display of product.

The kit looks amazing! The cooler in the mani is huge, and so is the heat exchanger.

You running dual nozzles for the meth? What size are they?
Thanks Mike, they are 175ml, not a large amount.

Fair questions, not totally sure, Different Dynojets and maybe his car just makes more power, the Vbox #'s mean more to me though. Not sure on the dyno and what is happening up top, I need to look at mine, I am in the process of getting the files and I will post them up.

**Note when you read 0-60, 100 or 1/4 mile times, etc. in the Vbox software it will not show you the "1' rollout time." The "1' foot rollout function is used for most magazine times, and for 1/4 mile tracks. The times you see intially after the runs on the Vbox screen will not match the graphs you read after, so I used another program which does include the 1' rollout so you can see your results as they intially appeared on the Vbox Screen.
