You are correct, but the next C AMG will be playing with power at or above the level of the M5. You see the problem?

The M3 can really go to where? The M5 at best will be a 124 trap car. That is moving, and pretty damn fast, so where can the M3 go? 116-117 or so? It will sort of be boxed in a corner because Mercedes will allow the C to outperform the E.

eh, but there is more to an M than the motor, so it just needs to perform well. doesnt need to outpower..in stock form.. to me at least.. but also needs potential to be a monster and not limited like my current ride..

Very, very good point. It is all about the all around package. Guess we will wait and see?

I am looking forward to the new M3. Sure the C is a beast but I am cautiously optimistic about the new M.

Very true, but if it is outgunned in every aspect including that it will be... well, hard to go with the M3.

Seriously? A 335 owner with RB's lecturing this?

How often have JB users equated M3 performance to short acceleration bursts?

depends on the track , if it is full of corners i highly doubt C63 beats M3.

It's going to be close but the P31 C63 Coupe is going to be favored on longer courses.

i agree with that , but beside i'm a M3 fan C63 isn't a good choice for me. it's really hard to corner with C63 and unlike M3, C63's tail slides easily in corners. it surely sounds fun but it's hard to keep that thing in one piece

That is true but let's see if Mercedes has tweaked the C63 coupe suspension.

Very well said. I am hoping the C63 does big damage to BMW and M3 drivers egos. Maybe then they wil make the e92 M3 CSL

The GTS and CSL are too close to one another so I think that is all we will get.

I hope they start selling it in US soon. They need to offer it in a variety of colors because I am not a fan of the orange in the Euro Spec GTS.
