    everything works great

but I find that between change and change remains as JB3

I think that dead time between change and change much more could be improved

    for manuals

So you are saying if you shift twice quickly, it bogs?

Most have reported no bog on the JB4 alpha. And that is with the active bogfix disabled. Once we have a few more manual high boost fast shifters we'll develop the active bogfix to stomp out any remaining throttle lag there. Getting the adaptive PID system enabled is an important part of getting the consistency there as well. Currently it's just fixed like JB3.

Here is a thread from one of our early JB4 manual testers with a couple logs. He's also tested 18psi without issue. You can see how the throttle follows the pedal perfectly post shift.

Finally got a JB4 bogger. Nothing like we saw with JB3 but it's still there a bit for him. Although it's not really fair... he isn't even lifting his foot off the gas! Click here to enlarge

Actually for passive or active manual bogfix to work your foot has to come off the gas (or at least down to 20%), so will have him relog like that before trying an active bogfix.

    Interesting.....

Sorry I haven't posted logs yet Terry, I've been having USB driver issues on my XP netbook but I got them sorted out last night.

I located a MS109 pump over at Buster's Butane, I'm going to pick up 5 gallons as soon as my car runs dry. Terry, is it ok to run Map7 with 100% MS109 and just DCI?

I've been trying to find a good deal on Xylene too. Anybody know the best place to get some?

LOL no not qmax but another one who no lift shifts.

With MS109 map 7 is OK, it's only 16.5psi. Like map 8 or 9. Just log it and we can double check to verify. Click here to enlarge
