Costant i am the owner of the white Z4 that you are looking for.I am afraid that you will not find any aftermarket parts for your car made by the popular companies that make products for the other models with N54 engine such as 335i,535i and 135i .I bought one of the first E89 Z4 here in Greece and i have send many mails to all the companies asking them for making parts for my car. From downpipes, intercoolers, exhaust systems and blow off valves. Most of the times the answers were negative and some more i did not get an reply mail.So i follow the solution of custom made things for my car.The first step was the custom made aftermarket downpipes(http://speedandstyle.gr/index.php?sid=30&cid=27)designed by Speed and Style and made by Stelios Panagiotaras(Popeye as known here in Greece). They are 100% stainless steel, catless and their diameter is 2,5ich.Recently i bought the Forge aftermarket BOV(http://www.forgemotorsport.com/content.asp?inc=product&cat=020201&product=FMDVBM3 5)and it is in my plans to buy an aftermarket intercooler system from AMS Performance.I hope at least that the aftermarket intercooler will fit to the factory position and the hoses too.If not we are able to make some custom parts(hoses)and modifications in order to fit.I also have custom made ECU reflash by ACE Motorsport(Dimitriades Gregory). My car produces 351hp and 44,5kg of torque to the WHEELS at 13psi as measured on Mustang Dynamometer of ACE Motorsport. After the intercooler and BOV modification we hope to see some 30-35whp more on dyno, staying always in safe and low pressure for the engine.I hope that i have answered to many of your questions. If you got further more,do not hesitate to contanct me with a pm.Stay tuned...

Welcome to the forum Karizma! Thanks for the post, really informative! I am great fan of your car and your mod's (and the ability of your car kicking some major ass "hint-m3 e92-hint" Click here to enlarge) With the FMIC and a little bit less conservative boost the Zed will be giving some really good numbers!!!

Waiting to hear more about the development of your car =)

He mentioned that dyno session was at 13 psi, considering its his daily driver (and that was his last ecu reflash) he probably used high octane pump gas. I like the graph tho, good job by his tuner Click here to enlarge

I post some more dyno results to have a clear view of my car's "evolution".

    Stock : http://img541.imageshack.us/f/stockjanuary2010.png/

Only with ECU reflash at 12,8 psi : http://img251.imageshack.us/f/reflas...nuary2010.png/

And finally with downpipes and ECU reflash at 13psi : http://img9.imageshack.us/f/downpipesupdate.jpg/
