    Although they seem close, i still dont think ANYONE has mastered the S54 on HIGH boost. The only issues ive had are head gasket leaking issues, which is actually quite surprising with the abuse i give the car. And when i mean head gasket leaking, its not a major leak. I also believe im the only car that really has gone high boost much. I dont know what you mean by high boost but im guessing over 30psi? No other S54 runs that high from what i know. I know their stg 2.5 is working out great, and they have <5 stg 3 cars that seem to run well. The stg 4 HPF cars, well have you heard proof from those guys?

    Good point Bro, high boost I guess is subjective, lol, I mean around 16-23psi, I know you've ran more! I didn't mean to suggest that everyone else has failed, and certainly AA has done an amazing job with your car, but in terms of production kits with a fair amount of boost, HPF seems to have really been consistent and solid with their engine builds.

    I agree! Lol ya i guess my thinking of boost has changed quite a bit. I generally call 20psi low boost for my car. For now, in the high boost area (30psi), I don't see much of anyone else doing any proving. Yes weve seen some dyno's and maybe some video but I havent seen any real world testing or anything long term. We know mtran has that HPF stg 4 which seems to run ok, but we havent seen much from them. I would think anyone with a car like that would be shooting video's and other things. At 16-23psi the headgasket can go bad but generally done right with studs should be fine. After 25psi the headgasket is very tricky. Ive ran my car in 30+ psi mode more then any other S54 out there, the only issue ive had is a slight headgasket leak which im battling right now with the L19 studs HPF uses. Zolti recommends just doing a O ring, he thinks the L19's will still not hold so we are doing some thinking right now. I might just go all out O ring the block and then send the car over to the body shop for fender flaring.

    But definitely agree, HPF has done a stellar job on their production kits!

    Lol with the frequency of driving it (I dont drive it as much as I would want to) I shoot lots of videos. But I agree, i have more coming thats why i got the GoPro.

    Well, when I get my car back, I'ma pick one of those GoPro HD"s up, and we all shoul dmake some extremely sick vids. Runs, canyons, ect ect. We can get Drew to do his expert editing, and make it a BimmerBoost exclusive.
