Transformers 3 is scheduled to be released on July 1, 2011 and yes it will be available in Real D 3D And IMAX 3D. We’re really crossing our fingers for the third installment of the series to be better than the sequel, which had a great amount of action but a horrible plot.
The good news already for part 3? Megan Fox will not be a part of it. Fox’s character Mikaela has been dropped and Sam is now given new love interest, who will be played by English model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

did you watch the clips? looks like the action will be good anyway..
...If people appreciate a very high level of engineering, a power delivery with excellent response, lots of low-mid rpm torque combined with a powerful non stop top end , appreciate the air to air setup... then this is kit will interest them...

They were filming in DC the other day I guess. Saw a new picture (new to me at least) and had a good chuckle at this video
