    Thumbs up for Charlie@McKennaBMWService Great warranty repair work

    Major thumbs up for Charlie@McKennaBMWService

    Just got my car back today after dropping it off with a laundry list of issues. Charlie and the CPO warranty came through and the car is better than ever (new water pump, new turbos, injectors, bunch of gaskets, etc). My car also hasn't been living a completely stock life Click here to enlarge

    I have been to a couple of dealerships in SoCal but I will be sticking with Charlie and McKenna from now on.

    If you live in the SoCal area you should be taking your car to this guy, seriously Click here to enlarge Just send him a PM on the other forum if you need help.

    @alpinedevil335 Thanks for the referral.

    I'm so glad to hear this. My experience with SoCal dealers and warranty work was a nightmare. Well, with Crevier and Sterling that is. Shelly BMW has always been pretty good to me.

    Crevier is a nightmare. The turbos could be falling off and they would never replace them. McKenna is very fair and these service advisors, who are also car enthusiasts, are so much more pleasant to work with.

    Just had a good experience with Shelly, where I bought my CPO. Replaced a wheel that had been repaired on the inside where I didn't notice it, and the repair cracked. Haven't had the car very long, so Shelly ordered a new wheel and swapped it, no charge.
    McKenna looks like it's right up the road from Shelly. Good to know!
    Since I live up in the Hi Dez, any dealership is a drive for me, so I can be picky if I want to. Click here to enlarge

    Excellent that is what they should have done.
