    I know jack $#@! about real estate, not even going to pretend. Im not sure how the numbers would line up, but in a perfect world, i would do something similar to what i originally said. Though you said you want to live in it ~6 months so.... not sure how that would change things. Please, take my advice with a grain of salt lol

    Well I know quite a bit about commercial real estate but nothing about the Florida market.

    In the Naples area, it will cost a LOT of cash to get a nice location on the actual beach with a nice house on it. I mean, the properties alone can run several million with a POS house on it.
