    It sounds counter intuitive, but I wonder how strong the 328i trans can be built. I believe that is also a GM tranny, and GM transmissions can typically be built very strong. I bet parts are easier to source than those of the ZF trans too; my guess is that GM uses that trans in some of their own cars, too. Is anyone familiar with that trans, or do I have to search? LOL

    Just MT 2J the B and call it a day. lol who cares if everything in the car doesn't work. if mine wasn't an e93 i probably would have...

    codeing wise i think for what your talking about i think just coding it to a manual transmission i know its been done before would be the way to go with the trans your talking about i don't think there is anything linked to the abs or dme for the MT. but then coding for everything else you want to do.

    I believe its a 6L50

    They have a high failure rate in that BMW chassis.
