    ESS VT2-600?

    So I was told the 600 kit with 6.5 psi will about 510whp? Click here to enlarge

    ^ Independent dyno, you can tell because the horsepower falls off as it should, not just a straight line.

    now this guy is saying IND's Atlantis car made 630rwhp at 6.5psi with full akra exhaust, same kit VT2-600????Click here to enlarge

    according to him(m3post member) he has the 575 kit with 4.7 psi and changed to a smaller pulley to get to 5.7 psi....hes currently waiting on another pulley and retune to convert to the 600 kit..he expects 500-510rwhp??

    this ESS $#@! is so confusing? so many different numbers

    It's cause ESS has lied and manipulated dyno's, so it's hard to decipher the true dyno's from the fakes...

    The car is not putting out 630 whp at 6.5 psi, that is about 100 wheel over what it would actually put down if not more.

    Yes, it is confusing and misleading.

    He is probably mistaking 630whp for 630 crank horsepower. Its impossible to get that power at that boost level without NOS.

    It is just lame, I don't have anything against them, let your products speak for themselves. If Gintani's results are poor, what, am I going to throw the graphs up on photoshop and make them pretty? The run files will be available for download, so I don't get it.

    Can you ask why the VT2-575 on LV-E92's car makes the same power as the VT2-600 on the IND bluemax car. On the same fuel at the same correction factor even though the bluemax car has an extra 1psi of boost... And both cars had aftermarket exhaust

    Why the hell does the shop in Korea make almost 100 whp more? Doesn't make sense to me.

    The 517 whp result from the VT-575 is accurate as is the 530 for the VT-600.

    There is something wrong with results that are not provided independently from independent shops, there isn't a 70 whp variance at the same boost on the same gas.

    How do you explain this one? Roman claiming over 630 whp on 93 octane on another Asian car:

    So we have dynos from 400's to low 500's from users and then hand picked graphs from Asia where he is claiming well over 600 whp. Big surprise they can't make an independent dyno day.

    I think the independent user graphs are a fair and accurate representation and vastly different from the graphs ESS uses to advertise.

    I think you are waisting your time when you compare different dynos without a baseline, it is in the difference between a stock and a tune car made on the same dyno with the same settings where you could see how powerful a tune is.
