Proxy is the easiest but either way an IP shouldn't stand in anyone's way.

No. I mean honestly after being on this site I just can't stand other BMW forums any longer. A few minutes of reading and I feel like throwing my laptop out the window.

Has anyone seen this $#@!??? Unfucking real

If you have been previously banned from Bimmerpost.com (or any of its sub-sites and sub-forums) and succeed in re-registering an account (using any and all means to bypass the ban) by the use of, including, but not limited to, alternative email addresses or IP obscuration, you thereby consent to a $15,000 USD membership reinstatement fee (per username created after an initial ban). By clicking on the register button below you hereby agree to pay such membership reinstatement fee. Such reinstatement fee will be owed to Bimmerpost.com even if your account is subsequently banned. By clicking register below, you also hereby agree that any legal disputes arising from your use of this site will be subject to New York law and adjudicated in a New York court of law.

SO basically if you get caught on another account after getting banned, Jason's gonna try to drop a $15k penalty fee on you to finance the forum & his anal beads

It's just a scare tactic and he can't do that. It would be like him writing you consent to hand over all your possessions if you re-register an account.

People here would owe him millions. Ain't happening.

The fact he issues so many bans he has to discuss what happens once you are banned is kind of ridiculous in of itself. Just be patient, pretty soon they will realize they $#@!ed up.

I mean, I figure that even if someone was caught, you can easily just turn around & say "it's my brother's account"

    Visiting relative. Cousin. Friend. Whatever.

It's just plain dumb. I mean just the ridiculous absurdity of it.
