The GTR hung surprisingly well. The Vette just flies up top.

Didn't we already have a thread about this Vette?

That Vette is just fast... Would have prefered it with a 6spd or built auto. Hate the Glide
    We stay swingin...

The glide is good at what it does though, as much as I don't prefer it.

New Additions: Powerglide with new rearend & other misc items - and most important - its a proven street ride with records under its belt.

Quick Car Details: You are bidding on a one of a kind TT build for a 2008 C6 corvette. It will cost 100K plus to rebuild this setup (TT Engine Build Only). This car has won many awards, set records and been in several magazines. The GM engineering team invited the Tx Mile LMR TT Vette to show up to their facility for engineering case studies on speed and wind tunnel testing. I have owned this car for 2 yrs and purchased it from a local guy in my town. He and I have taken very good care of this car. It has never seen rain and always stored in an AC controlled environment. Its a 10 of 10 on looks and build. It has 5K original miles on the car. 300 miles on the new race motor. I redirected the focus on the car for street performance vs. the TX Mile set up. This is a very fast car not for the weak at heart. Full blown streetcar /AC & Radio. Please call LMR for more details on this car or call Joel G. 832-397-0022. Serious offers will be considered please text.
CURRENT RECORD Holder @ TX MILE 231MPH - Fastest corvette you will ever come across trust me.

The vette is currently getting tuned by a PRO EFI rep in preparation for a (racing) airport runway event called TI (Texas Invitational) in Dallas TX. It will be participating in the KOTS event. King of The Streets - October 2012. You can purchase this ride and participate in this event with TEAM LMRs support.

I love looking at the advertisements for the old Porsches where they were flaunting their ~6 second 0-60 times lol

One dimensional car though. And yes, it's fast, but $175k for a C6 vette? I'll take a twin turbo Gallardo and have no problem with this beating me when my car is much more enjoyable with far greater curb appeal for far less money.

    It's stupid fast though, props.

Even the cheaper TT kits for the G is going to put you close to 175 when you include the car...

EDIT: Regardless, I'd rather have the TTG as well. Dream car.

Not if we're talking about a comparable TT Gallardo kit (~1,500 WHP). Car for $85k + Stage 3 ($75k-$100k). Probably have you sitting around the same $175k, but the Gallardo is still A LOT more street car/driver friendly (stock interior) & has more "appeal" Click here to enlarge

Yes to build a comparable car it will take a lot of money on the Gallardo. I'd rather have a Gallardo with half the power than this Vette personally.

True, if you merely(can't believe I'm saying that) want a TTG, but if you wanted something comparable for the price, a little more apples to apples, then you're probably paying just about as much if not more. Not to mention, a G car that has been prepped and repaired back to a fully healthy state is going to cost you around 90-100 right about now. Not to mention the variances in engine and drivetrain/gearbox is plays a hand in the power capability of the kits available. LP560-4 is going to cost ya more than the 85k you mention.

A $175k Gallardo makes more sense than a $175k vette though.
