SM3's CES GT4094R Turbo M3 puts down Highest Horsepower #'s on Nick G's Dyno

First off I want to thank Nick G. and John @ CES Motorsport for their help in making this build a reality. I have been waiting for a long time to have an M3 with over 600whp and my dream has finally come true.

    My build consists of:

    Fully built S52
    CES Motorsport GT4094R Turbo system
    Steed speed manifold
    Turbo cams
CES Ported & Polished cylinder head
    CES 4" Custom Exhaust
Custom Nick G tune OBD and tons of extras...

Nick did and incredible job of looking over the car before we began tuning, and I just have to say, that after personally meeting him, he is an exceptional guy. He went out of his way to take care of my car, and keep me updated on the car's status. He even wiped my car down and had it ready for me when I came to pick it up. That says alot to me, and I just wanted to personally thank him once again!

We started off with the wastegate spring pressure which was about 12psi. then we did a 15 psi tune, and then we tried to go to 18 psi and we just could not get the car to keep traction (even with about 10 cast manifolds and all kinds of other heavy things we gathered from Nicks shop in the trunk) Click here to enlarge

In the end we decided to keep the car at 17 psi and the final numbers were:

Nick G's Mustang Dyno SAE Corrected Numbers..
    517.4 whp
    437.4 wtq

These are the highest numbers a car has ever put down on Nick's dyno. Btw, this on a very conservative tune. What's amazing is that we did it at only 17 psi!! We were all so amazed at the amount of power we put down on just that amount of boost.

Nick says on a dynojet I should easily see between 600 - 650 whp..
I will be posting dynojet numbers as soon as I get a chance to get it to the dyno.

I've included a link below of a youtube video of my car and a couple dyno runs... More driving videos to follow...

Very impressive build man. John from CES is a good guy, and Nick G is a great tuner. Great choice in hardware.

yeah, that was my goal. I like to drive the car and go on decent length trips I dont feel like searching for 100 octane in the middle of nowhere or even relying on water meth. I do have a system on the car but its not working properly, but I was only going to add it to whatever my tune was for extra safety instead of tuning for it.

Same thing here man. Pump fuel tune, and I have a coolingmist meth/water kit just incase I need it for cooling down the temps abit.
