    N54 clutch alignment tool

    Hi guys,

my HPF stage 2 clutch should be arriving on Friday and I'm about to order the new release bearing and aluminium but I can't find any information about the right part number for the alignment tool that I need to use. Does anyone have the correct part number or a link to where I can get it from?

Also, is there anything else I need to change out? The clutch previous clutch was done about 15k ago but has prematurely failed. At that point a new flywheel was fitted so I'm hoping it is still useable.

Replace the pilot bearing as well and the rear main seal while you're at it, cheap.

I would figure HPF would have the answer. @HPF Chris

Thanks sticky. I've had a bit of a delay due to the aluminium gearbox bolts being on back order.

Make sure they have the tool to take out the pilot bearing.

I need to check my invoices but I'm pretty sure rear seal was done with the last clutch as they ended up pulling the whole engine out as I was getting the turbos and a few other jobs done.

Had my clutch delivered today, but I'm not happy that the vendor I purchased it off did not mark the value of the goods as I requested and I was charged just under $300 by customs this morning. I asked them minutes after paying last Sunday evening to do this for me so I'm pretty disappointed.

Anyway, any info on the clutch tool? I want to get all the parts in order and fit it.

Wonderful. I wonder why this list has never come up anywhere... I have SPEC 3+ w/fw just shipped to me and on route.

I took this list from a quote that a dealership provided to me.

For a flywheel replacement you may need some additional parts, I'll try to look these up as well.
