Question How to have 1000whp whit a s50b32

    Hello all,

In need you help I well upgrade or change my setup for have 1000whp or a minimal 1000 engine hp.

Actual setup at 1.5bar boost make 605hp and 732nm
    Fuel: 2x 044
    Rod: Arrow
    Piston: CP in 8.75
    Turbo: GT3582
    Intake manifold: stock
    Exhaust manifold: T3 bottom mount
    Dump valve: Tial 44mm
    Injector: Bosch 680cc
    Fuel rail: PurePF AN8 in/out
    Engine management: Powermod
    Fuel: SP98

For a nice upgrade but not capable to 1000hp I have think:
    Turbo: New PTE 6766 DBB anti-surge H-cover 4"in/3"out T4 divided in A/R 1.00 or 1.15
    Injector: ID2000
Exhaust manifold: VAC T4 bottom mount
Intake manifold: for this part I need your help
    Cams: VAC turbo agressive
    Engine management: AEM
    Fuel: E85
I tink whit this upgrade the car can make 800hp and 850nm at 2bars boost

What you think from the upgrade and can you help me to find a intake manifold ok for 2 bars because the stock manifold can broken at this pressure.

If you have a full setup for 1000whp all suggestions are welcome

    Massive thanks

Man, lofty goal but it can be done.

Ok, seems what you need first is a stronger intake manifold.

Let's see who can point you in the direction of one.

You can modify the OEM intake and weld a aluminum plate and a 3" 90 degree elbow on it,this will hold 1000+hp.
PPF has done this, email Andreas @PPF

This is a cheap/easy solution and you can make atleast 30psi,if you buy a 76mm turbo you will reach your goal with "low"boost.

    A member here(DaytonaM3) owns a Euro S50B30 835Whp(960Hp),1036Nm with a Bullseye power S372(72mm) turbo and 23psi/1,3bar.

I have seen a 2.0 litre honda 4 cylinder make 900hp on a precision 6262 billet wheel so im quite confident that a 6766 could make 1000whp on a 3.2l, although it may need some intense headwork to get close to the flow of those honda heads.

Is not because a 2L honda make 900hp with a drag setup I can make 1000hp with 1.2L more and "street" setup
I hope 800whp whit the 6766cea more is better but 800whp is good

Theres nothing different about those honda True Street class cars and a streetcar setup thats geared to make 800+whp, they are still air to air intercooled and they still have to have exhaust to the back of the car. Maybe things are more strict over there but here in Florida in the US we have no emissions testing or anything, we run downpipes out the fender and drive around like that.

I have a S50 B32 twin turbo. Did not push it on the dyno but it has a 4,49 s 60-130 mph record.

It made 666 whp @ 18 psi @ 6500 rpm back in 2011. Had to abort dyno as the neighbours were very angry due to sound.
Plus I did not want to push the M3 on the dyno, instead I ve road tested and attained the 4,49 s time.
That neighbour died this year due to heart attack, RIP. A bad memory.

    you can see @ http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/9...le-thread.html

    I ve written here as my E36 M3 is a daily M3 and it has a 60-130 record for E36 M3s.

    I have 9:1 compression
Carrillo Heavy Duty Rods / Carr bolts
    girdle, custom
    billet main caps
    L19 head studs
    L19 main studs

    + 1 mm oversize valves
    custom made valve springs
shim under bucket conversion kit to rev 9000-9200 rpm
head ported and polished by myself

    twin garrett gtx3076 turbos
twin tubular turbo manifolds. ( I do have a set of manifolds for sale since we tested more than 1 set)
2 x 76 mm exhaust piping & custom made muffler
    big air to air intercooler
    custom made intake manifold

nitrous oxide system controlled by pectel to improve spool.

tested 75-100 shot to just aid spool.

    225lbs siemens injectors % 100 methanol, I run on 100 % methanol
    Pectel engine management system

with 30-33 psi, in 4th gear, it takes 4,49 s to go from 60 to 130 mph.
    with 30-33 psi, in 4th gear, it takes 3,85 s to go from 100 to 200 km/h.

just to the above mentioned list and you will have more than you can deliver to the road (regarding traction)

If you want I will post some pics...
    E36 M3 Euro TT 60-130 mph 4.49 s
    E46 M3 3.6L TT 60-130 mph 4.22 s

Nice setup but lot of money I can not make so much.
For work of the head engine here in France is around 3000€ just for the work not for the parts, is you have make this work yourself lot of money for other parts at this time.

But whit 100% meth is normal you make a high score and meth is not E85, I don't well drive whit meth ....or just a little for drag (street) race ^_^
You don't have make a dyno whit all the boost?
If you can make pics is cool ;-)
What you have use for clutch ?
2-3 fuel pump 300/350lh or one big ?
The fuel rail is in AN 8 or 10?

When you make lot of work yourself is better, I not capable to make this, I can help of the work don't not work this.

Have you use stock cams ?
What you have use for valve ?
Custom valve springs you can me tell more ?

    A friend whit a Supra make +/-4sec whit 1100/1200hp
For make 3.85 from 100km/h to 200km/h you need good tyres and arround 1000hp (///M3 is lighter that a Supra)

In France for make work of the head engine this costing more than 3000€ (3700usd) just for the work and after you need still the valve and the spring this is really expensive and for find good parts there is no shop i can buy pistons rods fuel rail in France or in UK but for the remainder is in USA ... USA = shipping to the France and 25% Customs !!

as i said earlier if you contact Andreas he can help with this(all parts you need) but you dont understand it i think.
Andreas has build enough 1000+hp E36 and you can use stock cams + stock valves, you need stronger valve springs( to avoid valve floating) and titanium retainers,no ported headwork needed for 1000hp because they flow a LOT better as a Supra.

well, if you want to make 1000 whp or 1000 hp, both power figures require a lot of money.

so if you talk about money limitations, a limited budget etc, you cannot attain 1000 hp level. at least it wont be a healthy 1000 hp.

I suggest you contact jaws and buy their supercharger kit.

cost of 800 hp and cost of 1000 hp are not very different. they are similar.

the gist of the subject : if you want power over a certain level, you need to spend money. or you drive your car as it is, stock.
no car gets faster with little money. you need to spend...

Ok for the subject from the thread but there are different way to reach this level, your setup is great but I think is possible like to say Mikecoupe 1000hp without some parts

For make this weight you remove all that does get you anything

You just add the doors, a CF hood, the trunk cover, the windows, 2 race seats, you remove the completely A/C system.
