At the onset AFRs are too lean. Lean spool mode is active there but 18 AFR?? I'd turn down boost there or timimg or just run less E85 as you're maxing your trims there quite heavily...other than that area the rest looks fine to me...timing loves E85 it seems

You need more fueling. Ask Vishnu what to do to get more fuel and report back.

I doubt it is their answer Click here to enlarge
They didn't use COBB for reflashing their fueling tables. They occasionally bash COBB and praise their, or actually FFTEC or FFTEC commissioned flashing, so they might not tell their customers to go for COBB. Click here to enlarge

I think the delivery of their flash might be less practical though Click here to enlarge But who knows, flashes could be sent by email, which is a bit more efficient than shipping cars back and forth...

What's your OL set at? If you left it stock, your probably at 75. Try bumping it to 100 and take another log. If your trims allow it, you could dial it back a bit or not....your choice.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. The OL fueling was left at 75 I changed it to 90 but have not made a new log yet. I will get one today I hope.

This car just got 6 new injectors, new turbos and new vanos solenoids. Seems to be running great finally. Feels good to be able to concentrate on dialing in the tune. After I get map 1 sorted I'll work on map 2 settings for meth.

This is an 08 535xi by the way.

Log again with OL set at 90 and see how it looks, if you're still maxing out your trims for longer than you should be, bump your OL to 100. If it looks good at 90, you could leave it there or dial it back a tad and see what it looks like.

    OL Fueling at 90 didn't help much - I'll try 100
