Did anyone read the fine print?

Namely :" BMW will NOT cover ANY car that has modifications, Hardware or software"

I know it is a standard BS thing to do, but stillClick here to enlarge, just saying.

Excellent news. Unfortunately there are only 2 pages out of the 8 in this PDF. Does anyone have the full one?

Great news for stock turbo guys. I never had rattle on either of my N54s but know how frustrating it can be after hearing it.

The document states that the extended warranty coverage is under a court-approved settlement, in which case BMW approved it.

Unless the document is fabricated, it couldn't be subject to any appeal.

I have a 2008 model with 29K miles on it. So this is excellent news for me. Returning to stock for me simply means swapping out the downpipes and the stock airbox so if my turbos fail or begin to rattle, I'll return it to stock. I always knew it is a good idea to keep all of my stock parts on shelf. My OEM turbo back exhaust has just 3,500 miles on it and it is in pristine condition. Click here to enlarge

Glad to hear that BMW is actually taking ownership of these issues that enthusiasts have been complaining about now for years!
