JB4 Big Turbo board with Stage 2 + FMIC baseline. VD results.

Hey guys, here are some results I'm getting. Still having issues holding boost up top but it's getting better for sure. I'm holding 20 psi tapering down to 15-16 psi at redline depending on how the car feels.

Attached is a Virtual Dyno graph of two separate JB4+Cobb pulls and a Cobb-only pull to substantiate the numbers. All the pulls were done on the same road. The Cobb-only pull is Stage2+FMIC (green) with no meth. The other runs are basically pushing the turbos as hard as we can until the wastegates or turbos tell us to piss off.

Considering the Stage2+FMIC numbers are spot on, I can safely say that these numbers will translate accordingly on a Dynojet when I get out there to verify.

I am hoping to make it out to Atco with @Laloosh (and @LostMarine come on out!) to see if these numbers translate to real-world results. I will be going in the same full-weight stock wheel trim as my 12.4@118 result at this track on stock turbos.

    Well, enjoy!

Because these are JB logs not Cobb logs, they don't report the same AFR as each other. When I run Cobb straight up i'm 12.05-12.2.

Resized but by now I should not have to waste time on editing posts to insert images inline...

Unless I'm reading it wrong AFR variance looks minimal between the various runs. You've got 100% duty cycle now so maybe more advance will get you further along in the power scale. Curious to see how it looks on a dynojet.

Yeah? They're open Sunday? I'm down to do some pulls. Can you make it happen? Probably would like to get 4-5 pulls. Figure one on Stage2+FMIC by itself, a few on the JB+Cobb setup and a baseline.

Yeah, me and loosh can both hop on the dyno after Atco. Sounds good actually if the shop's open.

Sigh, yeah like dzenno said, I might have to short shift to prevent boost from tailing off too much. I'm getting around 17-18 psi at 6100-6200 so that's not bad at all.

Ben, I don't see the weather details entered...to be closer to reality you should hit the "SAE" checkbox and enter the temp and barometric pressure from the time these runs were done today

i guess...just thought i'd share that out anyway for those using VD to realize in cold weather the results posted are a bit on the optimistic side from what I've seen while VD-ing IF the weather data isn't entered properly

Anything is possible but I think Terry is correct. You should be at like 122-123 I would think

What's different about the big turbo board? Fueling & wastegate resistor swap?
