first step in a built motor, so claiming bolt on would be lying, anything you that bolts internally, would be a built motor

The right turbo and e85 setup would also make a pretty big difference. There are so many options for those EVOs.

Good runs, the EVO did better than I thought it would.

LOL... Technically it is a bolt on, you're not IN the motor just on the top of it.

My friends 99 Vette is all bolt on parts. ECS blower kit, long tube headers, cat back exhaust, cC6 clutch & flywheel, 3.90 gears, injectors, fuel pump and tune. Thats all bolt on LOL

I hate this bolt on talk. Cams/heads are not bolt on mods in my book. A built motor bolts in too...

Supercharger is not a bolt on mod.

If you heard me there would be no "but" right?

I have my own definition. Bolt on refers to a bolt on mod that enhances the stock head, turbo, cam, or stock engine component. As in, you can not pull a total douchebag move like that 6speedonline moderator diviextremme. If I spelled that right, halleluja because I didn't double check. That asshat actually said upgraded turbos and fuel system on a 996tt were bolt on. Well, you know what? It isn't. Bolt on on a 996TT is a tune and exhaust. If you disagree, start your own website you $#@!ing knob gobbler. You can't shut me up I'm that awesome.

A supercharger kit is bolt on. A turbocharger kit is bolt on. A fuel system upgrade is bolt on. They are all easy to do and do not require opening the head or motor.

My friend has an EVO 8 with modified stock Turbo and e85 rail/injectors setup. He runs 30psi peak daily on pump e85, no meth.

They are very potent motors, and easy as hell to work on. And yes, those are bolt ons.
