    Virtual Dyno

Ok I kept seeing some of these posted so I thought I would give it a try. Did a pull this morning and logged it on the Cobb. It seems a bit high thoughts please.

Map is stg2+ aggressive mods are Cp-e FMIC AR catless DP's Dynan axle back exhaust BMS dci's.

Also I must have made this acct a long time ago I go by Deltalima0 on the other forums how do I change my screen name here I tried to do it in profile but was unable.

If anyone could graph my log it would be much appreciated and tell me what they think. I can not add the log file here if I can send it someone please let me know.

And zoom out Click here to enlarge. Show 2000RPM to 7000RPM... not just 4500-6500.

no zooming in our out required, the run just needs to be started at 2000rpm and ended at 7000rpm to see that

Not really, to make it look pretty you just need to input full throttle into your logs manually a little earlier, then you will see boost go from 0 to peak, and also see the spool up data.

VD software allows you to zoom in on an area of the plot with the 'crosshair.' Either he didn't do a full run (ie. 4000-7000RPM pull) or he accidentally zoomed in on the map for that area.

He didn't do a full run. OP log 3rd or 4th gear, 2K to 7K. It will be much more accurate. I had Issues getting correct boost numbers when using Cobb logs also. The JB4 numbers come out perfect for me.

??? It already has that boost column in the definitions. Is there another boost column it is finding before that one that you want to suppress. If so which one and Ill be able to take care of that.

Using the Cobb AP, VD is logging Boost Mean Abs (PSI) before simply Boost. I have to manually point the software away from the Mean Abs column and to the Boost column.

ahhh thats where those columns are in the wrong order in the definition file. Ill correct that. As the order sets the priority of those column names.

^Right on. The continued updates for VD, and the fact that it's still freeware, is much appreciated.

Updates are and will be continual. I believe in fixing problems for my users. I have a few ideas for improvements but I need a bench ECU and dont know how to build one.

@enrita: Im glad you like it. Hope it continues to meet your needs. I just wish it had a help file but I dont have time to do it.

Was about to set him to a guest vendor and saw the software is free. Much appreciated that we have this available at no cost.

Is guest vendor good? Can I get the title of VD Spreader?

Thanks for not kicking me off the forum before finding out its free. The Ford Focus group at FocalJet.com did kick me. Their loss.
