Thanks for the recommendations. I've definitely seen Lagunitas. I'll get that next time. Founder Centennial sounds good too. I'll keep an eye out for those.

    Lagunitas is overrated IMO.

That Kentucky Breakfast Stout I have to try. I also love a good Oatmeal Stout.

Lagunitas is a solid IPA, nothing too fancy but a good beer, a lot like Dogfish.

Everything Founder's makes is SOOO legit. The problem with the KBS is (and this isn't a joke) that you basically have to get on a wait list & they only let you buy 1 bottle at a time (unless you buy it from the brewery). It's really rare & only sold for a couple weeks a year.

Here's the Founder's press release when it went on sale this year back in March:
Price: $114 per case, $19 per 4-pack, $4.75 per bottle. A strict limit of 1 case maximum per person will apply.

Note: KBS is available on a first come – first served basis.

There's def a market if it was more expensive cause the regular Breakfast Stout (which I have 2 more left in my fridge) is $16 for a 4 pack, it's a Fall/Winter seasonal

If you really want something hoppy, go for an Arrogant Bastard. Here's the label

I don't even find the Arrogant Bastard that hoppy. I like to drink it after I have something like an Imperial IPA.

Just sucks they get you drunk so fast. Or maybe it's good.

Craziest beer I've ever had was in Heidelberg (Germany), it was a "bacon beer". The hops were basically "baked" in a brick oven in a brick oven with pork, so they absorbed all that flavor. I had 1 of those and was dying for a water

Can never go wrong with the Racer. Have you seen their brewery? Good stuff for sure. The middle one is a limey (English) spin on the IPA. Its well done but a bit too smooth for me on the IPA side. A lighter pour with a clean finish. I like my IPAs chewy!

The far right bottle is a lovely brew and miracle migraine (and general pain) killer. Daytime sativa blend with black tea and lemonade. Click here to enlarge

Not my pics, never tasted it.

Probably gonna go have some IPA's and watch football in a bit. Kind of in the mood for redbull/vodka though.

I managed to get my hands on some Erdinger Weissbeer.
It is the best tasting whitebeer I know.
Comes in 0.5L bottles, so you need a big glass for it.
    Good times.
