Active Autowerke claiming 1300+ hp for Taza's M3?

The last we saw of Taza's M3 it was being tuned by AEM: http://www.germanboost.com/showthrea...477#post143477

It's super powerful no doubt but I wonder why AA put up this teaser vid on their facebook feed saying it's 1300 hp? I don't even understand what it is they are teasing unless the setup changed:

Ya, it just doesn't make sense. What the hell are they are teasing exactly? There is nothing to tease.

This car belongs on the strip, or in some sort of event where it can flex its muscle. The only videos that exist of it are 4 second highway pulls. Click here to enlarge

that's all i've really seen from this car... he keeps saying he's trying to fix traction, but it's probably taken a backseat in priorities

The car deserves more videos .. I get it though.. its not a wide body and it needs more traction. But why go from 1000hp to 1300hp if these cars without serious meat can't seem to put down even 800-900hp. Invest in a traction solution first.

Edit: These are being fitted on my car.. just need to make some custom brakes first. 15x10's w/bias slicks.

So drum handbrakes only on the rear?
There is not much room for much more with 15" rims...
Maybe some VW Golf rear brakes?

I guess if fun means just doing burnouts and 80mph roll ons.

And going sideways at 120mph after an S-turn, almost flying off the should of the road, nearly $#@!ting yourself in the process.

a very valid point, there is such thing as too much power when you cant even put it all down to the ground. cant wait to see what you can do with those fitted

I could easily have invested all the money and time into simply putting a larger turbo on the car, etc.. but instead I've been investing my time and money into traction and a better traction control system. Figure if the car can't put down 800rwhp why would I want 1000rwhp. Once I'm managing to get traction with 800rwhp and I've got it all dialed in I'll likely bump up to a bigger turbo.
