    Can't wait!!!!

    Seriously this is AWESOME! We need more twin-charged setups out there! My friend would be so jealous. Hell, I am!

    Maybe go with a GTX3582 instead? I mean, it should already spool quick because of the PD supercharger.

    THANKS for sharing! Keep us updated! Click here to enlarge

    Note the mod list. It has a positive displacement Supercharger and a Turbocharger, making it twin-charged.

    Compound turbo setups are sick as well! BIG in the Diesel crowd.

    didnt know that's how you would determine that. I would think it could be compound cause that is one huge exaust turbine for the turbo. I would realllly like to see this engine bay lol

    And dyno plot, its like instant power/ lag util turbo power comes to boost it like another 100 whp haha

    Very novel idea,
    but beyond difficult to get tuning and separation right;
    hence why project has not climaxed (the way we do on Katie B...)

    Wasn't aware they were going centrifugal. All other twin-charged setups I've seen have a PD blower so they get that low end airflow. Plus, it can act as an intake manifold once the turbo takes over.

    The characteristics of the centrifugal blower do not seem ideal for a twin-charged setup, but of course we'll all see in the end once it's finished. Click here to enlarge

    The car was built with a gt30r and the large a/r so that it could spool very quickly and still flow the volume necessary up top to make some nice peak numbers.

    As it sits the car opens the wastegate @ 12psi at around 2200rpm in 3rd gear. The boost continues to climb via the SC up to about 18psi @ 4krpm before the belt starts to slip. We've designed the new pulley system as a full 8-rib setup with a larger crank pulley and SC pulley to maintain the same SC peak RPM with more grip through leverage and belt width. I just spoke to the machine shop that's making the pulleys today and after 4 months of waiting they should be in our hands by mid January. Believe it or not we had no problem tuning it so far with the blow through OBD-I maf setup that we're running.

    In theory the car should create nearly 25psi at redline and peak just over 600whp if we can keep the torque curve flat (hopefully it will climb more Click here to enlarge).
