    Post you methanol elbows/nozzles!

Well, if you don't know me that's okay. I just want to see what you guys are doing as afar as methanol injection nozzles/elbows. I'm looking for a nozzle I can just jam into a random hose, but I just want to know what you guys are doing, and what works.

In all seriousness: Tapping the stock pipe is a nightmare as far as I can tell. I went with the AR Design Meth Elbow and it was perfect. I'm selling mine if you're interested too lol. It's inexpensive and you don't have to damage your stock stuff.

The AR elbow works great. We're also kicking around the idea of making a soft OEM elbow with a methanol nozzle in it. Working on a prototype now, we'll see how it turns out. The benefit would be a dramatically lower cost and fewer hose clamps. Click here to enlarge

Can you make a soft elbow with with a bung instead of a nozzle? I really dislike my elbow with the DO adapter. I need to either get around to retapping this AR elbow or buying an alternate solution. Let us know!

You can use the DO adapter to fit a dry nitrous filter if you choose to go the nitrous route..I am using the DO nozzle holder in my pic

Yeah it will have a single 1/8" NPT bung. It's tricky to get the bung in without impacting the spray pattern of the nozzle. So I can't promise it can be done. But I have some good guys working on it. And if we pull it off we'll have a nice very inexpensive nozzle option for 2006-2008 cars.

    Don't you mean 07-09?

Both of my 09s have the two piece stock charge pipe.

Hmmm.....Looks like I'll wait a while and see what BMS comes up with. They haven't let me down yet! I Really don't need it until the track opens back up, but I need something to do. Idle hands.

Thats a nice elbow you have there! So what are you going to use the Stett charge pipe bungs for the meth and the elbow for the nitrous? Have all 3 injectors (2 meth and 1 nitrous) at the elbow is not a good thing from what the guys at NX Express told me...You want the nitrous to spray well before the meth nozzle location to not freeze the tiny atomized meth particles..

Yepp Cn, that is the plan for next season. Not much happens with the 335 now that is put aside during winter. I use a slow 4WD for the next months Click here to enlarge

Initially just a single bung, but if it sells well may do a dual bung. Price should be around $49 intro, and regular price of $59, for the single.
