vacation to denver, colorado - need some advice

Ok, so my friends and I are trying to plan a small trip during december to Denver,CO to go skiing and other stuff but I have no idea what to do there.

Dates were around dec 30th to jan 3rd...anyone who has ever been mind telling me what there is to do there besides skiing?

New years is a given but what about the other days?

Denver is beautiful, I grew up in Colorado. First 6 years in Colorado Springs and 2 in Denver. Try this restaurant, Casa Bonita. Mexican Restaurant with cliff diving inside while you eat! Downtown Denver is awesome. Enjoy!

Casa Bonita is a must simply due to the Southpark episode.
