This will be interesting (nov 1st track day)

So I loaded up the cobb stage 2 RACE map, lol
I will be happy to get into the 13s. 265 nitto nt05's and zero traction under 70 mph.
Below is a $#@!ty video of 2nd gear and a massive backfire that lit up the road behind me lol. Meth ftw. I am not sure how much I can do under 70-80 mph, but hopefully it doesnt hurt my trap speeds too much. 120 or go home.

120? I ran that two years ago. Click here to enlarge Let's see some stock turbo 125mph at a legit track! Click here to enlarge

I just packed up the N55 to take it out to Famoso tomorrow. I'll be happy to run 115mph there in it, lol.

Nobody on stock turbos trapped 120 in the tri-state, ever. Most impressive trap I've seen though is 119MPH without meth or FMIC. Just a 100 lb driver, race gas, and some fairly significant weight reduction.

You could argue that Ontario is in the tri-state area. Lots of us have run 121+ mph

Whatever makes you sleep better at night lol. I have seen countless n54s on the track around here, I have also taken my own on all the popular tunes, none of them even got close to 120 so far, all maxed out on meth and race gas. Actually my best trap is on cobbs pump gas map ironically

I was going to make today a DIY day but its goddamn snowing outside!

Oh well, hopefully tomorrow will be better weather. The parts that need installing shouldn't take much longer than an hour since my cowl is unbolted from diagnosing those o2 sensor issues Click here to enlarge

Probably won't be breaking any records with all-season tires on all four corners though!

All I have to say is cobb stage 2 on pump in this weather is hauling ass!

Good times guys, let's see those 120+ traps...I've got my WOTBox setup for both 2-step and NLS, hopefully it helps 6at shift times and a touch better launches...seats are out and hoping they'll have some race gas when I'm there

Good luck everyone Click here to enlarge

Hopefully we won't put our cars into a wall considering we are both handicapped in the traction department!

The 275 et streets will rub on the 135i, I had to roll the rear fenders actually. Even then it rubbed on the fender lining. On the 335 perfect fit.

ill bring them and the jack/adapter.

im not running my car. id only get 1-2 runs in and be thrown off, and without proper track prep it would suck for me anyway. but th big reason is i have my final FAMS interview in newark the next day, so i need the car to be 100%, not that anything would go wrong anyway Click here to enlarge

There is a private day again at MIR on 11/18. You won't get any flack about your car and the track prep is unbelievable. They'll probably have more VHT on that strip than anywhere you've ever been. Ask Laloosh about his clutch. lOl.
