    E36 Boostlogic T4 Tubular Manifold, Garrett GT4094R, and Full 3.5" 304SS Exhaust

Just thought this was pretty well done and very interesting. So an entire turbo hardware setup for an E36 with a GT40R can be done for under $5k? Let's assume someone bought this, then what does one do about the tuning? What kind of power would this put down on a built motor? What about a stock M52?

    Hey Everyone,

We've got a good deal for anyone who is interested in picking up a complete manifold, turbo, and exhaust package that they can just bolt onto their E36 without issues.

    - The manifold is a Boostlogic T4 tubular that has been ceramic coated. This is known to be one of the few manifolds that's highly effective when it comes to keeping boost creep at a minimum.
    - The 3.5" 304SS exhaust is a product of Maximum PSI which includes a downpipe, two bungs for air-fuel ratio sensors, two Magnaflow mufflers, and Magnaflow dual wall stainless steel tips.
    - The turbo is a Garrett GT4094R with a 0.95 A/R exhaust housing. This turbo is essentially brand new as it was just bolted up to a car and driven around the block to verify that everything was working properly.

Here are pictures of the setup...

I mocked up the manifold, turbo, and downpipe so that you can see how everything clearly bolts up. You won't have to bother with the misaligned wastegate pipe on the Boostlogic manifold as this one has been tweaked and works perfectly with the downpipe. Once you receive everything, it's just a simple bolt-on.

The Tial 44mm wastegate shown in the pictures is just for mock up purposes and will not be included in the sale.

Being that everything is literally 5 mins old and was only run on the car once it is all essentially brand new. In order to replicate this setup, one would have to spend $1250+ on the manifold, $1800+ on the exhaust and downpipe, and another $1800+ on the turbo. When you factory in shipping, you are at $5000. We are interested in moving these items ASAP so we are willing to entertain reasonable offers. We'd consider selling parts separately but would very much prefer to sell it all at once.

That setup is a work of art. Tuning can be done by Trm, Max Psi, AA. On a built motor I'm Sure that turbo is good for 800whp. On a stock m52 with a head spacer, and good leak down numbers. I wouldnt wanna push more then 550whp, but some have pushed the m52 to over 600whp(it wont last long).

that is a fantastic purchase for someone

MaxPsi is the place to get some good good work done these days.

There are several other shops up in that area that do good work as well.

How much would tuning this cost? What if someone is not anywhere near Max PSI or the East Coast?

I'm in SoCal. I'm not asking about this necessarily for me just in general. This is not something anyone can tune so just wondering what people not local to the big guys on the East Coast would do.

It is very easy to tune.
E36 can be tuned with DME, AEM, Tec3, Haltech, DTA, etc

Its about the sensors and other hardware being used in conjunction and the knowledge of the box. Most guys CAN tune it. They just need to know how to wire up a box and whatnot.

If you want the stock DME tuned you can buy a tune and datalog and then get revisions done. Its not a huge deal.

650 for a baseline tune from Trm(Then you would need to hit up a dyno and all that stuff, or if a decent shop can do remote tuning with them). Max Psi offers Aem/Ems tuning, and I'm not sure what else. There are others but not many.
