i wanna make sure he's down. once i get a green light BB'll be the first to know Click here to enlarge

there isn't a specific hp target yet...i imagine we'll decide while tuning. im more worried about how itll spool compared to the current 67. i just want something that can breath up top but not pushed too much further to the right.

35r would be a good choice for twisties but we all know it'll peter out when you got enough room for longer pulls.
im sure jason can get the dbb t67 to not fall off as we've seen his magic smooth out the curve on hpf cars.
i don't forsee that problem with the 3794 but at what cost? i remember you were kinda bummed on lag with the t71 and its my hope i don't run into that as well with this turbo. see what happens i guess.

orig i was looking at borg warner but after a closer look i wasn't impressed. i don't understand the hype.

Yeah, I didn't care much at all for the power band on the T71. It just didn't seem like it was a good fit for the chassis.

I'm a bit thrown off by this statement. Not to say there aren't other turbos that are also of great quality, but is there something you disliked about the EFR's?

i could give a $#@! about the drag strip. if i wanted to run 10s/9s/etc i'd cut the bs and be in a vette Click here to enlarge
that e30 is just nasty and has alot of potential with that c4 irs.
sticky if i could afford both the e46 and e30 i'd be all over it but i just got into the step program in hayward so i gotta watch every penny for a while.

the efr graphs i've looked at weren't all that impressive, which was why i was confused about all the hype. not saying they're not quality built, just that i'm not understanding a 4month lead time for an efr.

if someone can educate me on whats so progressive about em ... im all ears.
3 weeks for an hta is long enough

The main thing I found about the EFRs was that the compressor maps seem to fall in between everyone elses product. Anyone else find this?

i need to find the maps i was looking at but iirc they didn't even seem in between but low.
im more interested in the precision that SP sent maxpsi. anyone know if that turbo is available for purchase?

You should try a Precision billet 67 mm turbo or a GArrett GTX 35 turbo. The turbo manufacturers are aware of consumer behaviour and they come up with new turbos, new this and that features. Its like upgrading a PC system, always and always. You should follow the latest tech turbos and focus on gtx or precision turbos. Just my 2 cents.
