    I just found this info
    Average stock dyno: 334rwhp

    Broken down by:
    6MT: 339rwhp (18% drivetrain loss)
    DCT: 326rwhp (21% drivetrain loss)
    E92: 338rwhp
    E90: 330rwhp
    91oct: 331rwhp
    93oct: 337rwhp

So I guess the mustang dyno does read abit lower. link for more info. http://www.bimmerboost.com/showthrea...ng-BS-on-dynos...

I'd guess mustang dyno 10-20hp lower. I really can't compare since
I never hit 8k on it. I made 581@7500. My last dyno jet was 615-621@7800 but now I rev to 8k. I'll be going to dynojet in next couple weeks.

The general belief is that mustangs read lower but that is not true for all mustangs. For the most part, yet, they will, but some don't. It isn't exact.

I don't take to much stock in dynos. I just go every 2 month to make sure everything
is running right or after a upgrade to make sure making the power I'm suppose to. I hope to start playing with a vbox as soon as I can afford one. Lol.

Yea they are a great tool for tuning thats for sure. Yea the V-box is kool. I would feel better doing V-Box runs then doing runs down the 1/4 mile where parts always seem to break. I think boosted is picking up a V-Box soon.

I agree. I'm scared of the 1/4 mile. I would break something that's just my luck. I'd rather play with vbox. That's my next purchase after tires.

i think i was just reading that the 2 dyno types will read differntly depending on power made, ie maybe 10hp difference@300hp, but 20hp@400, 30@500 etc.. more exagerated as more power is made

I'm picking up suspension tomorrow. So I'm going to see what vac can do. People keep telling me they can hook me up but haven't gave me a numbers. Doesn't really matter the last 2 months have been slow at work. So I'm tight on money. After I install my suspension sat I'm going to clean my car and park it. Drive my civic around. Lol.
