    NFL Football 2011-2012

So, anyone else excited that football will be played?

Huge moves all over the place.

I hate to say it, but the Patriots seemed poised to dominate. Albert Haynesworth and Chad Johnson? Damn.

    Weddle is a good safety.

Being in a division with the Patriots and Jets means the Dolphins are screwed.

Oh, they got a new stadium lined up. AEG president has plans for a 1.2 billion stadium next to the LA Convention Center. Stadium already has a sponsor, Farmers Insurance. It is a matter of getting it passed in City Council and Farmers Field will be under construction.

Meanwhile the transferred team will play either in the Coliseum or Rose Bowl, until the new stadium is ready.

Yeah, I hear ya. I have family in La Jolla, they are huge chargers fans as well.

If they do move though, at least games are within driving distance. But obviously it wouldn't be the same for San Diego residents.

That rumor has been going on for a while. The Jags have been struggling to get people to go to their games and have had a number of tv blackouts to get people to show up. The Jag owners have voiced their displeasure about it and never denied the rumors either.

    ^What he said!

We were in Florida a couple years ago at the same time the Colts were playing at Jacksonville and were thinking about going to the game. I looked on ebay and we could have snagged some really good seats for cheap. This was a Sunday/Monday (cant remember) night game against a division rival with the chance to see Peyton Manning and they still couldn't fill the stadium. We decided not to go hearing what a $#@!hole Jacksonville is and with Colts plates on our car I didnt think it would have been a good idea.
