    Man I r wish I had a good workout partner here. It sucks not having a consistent partner, and I would gain/shape up much quicker if I had one of you guys to show me/get me to try and keep up.

    I agree but there is something to be said about doing i high intensity style work out comparrd to a pump iron gym styl workout. Add in squats and the olympic lifts and i believe it starts to level out. In no means am i saing eat mcdonalds every day. But give the same guy 6 months in a gym compared to 6 months in a crossfit style work out you will see better resulrs regardless of diet doing crossfit style. By results im saying in shape not getting roided out
    Plausible, i am not a power lifter myself and most of the stuff i do is light weight and calisthenics and i get in great shape pretty fast with out even doing my other sports.
    Then there are people who want to have lots of power aka "power lifters" so yes those guys need to work out hard and eat good so i would say for power lifters is it close to 50/50.

    Today was legs and abs day, almost couldn't drive home because I couldn't push the damn clutch. HA. Makes me wish I had SMG or DCT.
