    Yeah, let us know for sure! I should be ready to dyno my new setup in a few months (after break in period). DO you have any idea on the time frame? Are we talking a month, 3 months?

    Hey guys....keeping this updated. I blew the spark plug out of cyl 5 last week. Found the threads in the head were damaged to the point where it just let go. When I purchased the car beginning of last year I knew cyl 5 and 6 had cross threaded plugs. Both were retapped and cleaned up, but not repaired. Cyl 5 always had a little oil leaking past the plug which bothered me, but now it finally let go.

    Bought a Helicoil kit and went at it, took about 2 hours to do being careful.

    drove it over 100 miles tonight and it seemed very happy :buttrock.

    I put an 'old' coil on cyl 5 and it seemed be nice and smooth. Based on a little idle hiccup i'm having when I come off rpms I think I may have a leak somewhere in the intake mani area somwhere. Will be pressure testing this week.

    dropping it off tomorrow to get the TRM exhaust crankcase kit installed, Vibrant super quiet resonator, and new hard piping w/ Tial BOV installed :evil2.

    then its time to sort out any small issues and then install the meth and new boost controller.

    came back the next day w and drove it home on the old coil, put a new one on at home and its been running great since. Hit 13psi on several full 4th gear pulls and its held so far.

    soon, actually negotiating a barter setup now w one of the guys at cp-e.......I'm going to help install his coilover and donwpipes next weekend and he'll get me on their dyno a few times. I want to dyno before the meth and retune by Nick and then obviously after. Now at 13psi I would think at at 420-440whp on a dynojet. After meth and retune at 18psi.....probably in the low 500whp range? who knows...we'll see.

    Back on the road for a 120 mile 97 degree and high humidity torture test today before I go on a 4 1/2 hr one way trip this weekend to West Virginia w my girlfriend. Car worked flawless other than a little stumble at traffic lights when it got really hot out. Thinking I have a small vacuum leak. Will pressure test tomorrow.

    I could certainly feel timing being pulled when it was super hot. I wanted to test the cooling system......so I had the windows up, A/C on full blast creepin in traffic w super hot ambient temps. Water temp creeped up to 220 degrees and stayed there. My eyes were on the gauge like a hawk the whole drive. Worked great. In normal conditions the car normally stays at 190-200.
