Yea, that's the same track I visit most often, was there for that event.

Reason for the hand is, not all cars there have working blinkers, and it's also up to the track officials, not the run...

I only used these (LINK) to tap, and tie wires together, best ever, pricey, but well worth it.

I heel/toe but, not perfect at it yet, sometimes, specifically 3rd to 2nd, I don't blip enough. But getting there, practice, practice, practice.
