Please read my original post again. It is not a hardware issue, the rattle is caused by the software. Turn the procede to stock mode and the noise goes away.

Anyways, the noise is completely gone...

TurboMike's car is at GIAC, sounds like among other setups they're going to tune an aggressive e85+meth map. we should see some nice numbers out of that

my map won't work for you. it's set up to work with cobb, and it's for my vargas turbos. (unless you're running the same setup?)

Well i'm no tuner - that's for sure.. but drivability hasn't seemed to change and I'm not overshooting boost or anything like that, the sound is just gone.

I was referring to the flash for fuel no matter what. You won't need to upgrade hardware with just 93+meth, but you'll need a flash

I've put 96k miles on my car with the original transfer case, but i don't do 1/4 racing so I don't have too many massive RPM dumps in 1st gear.

+1, there's no way you'll see 180whp delta on pump 93 alone. You'll need meth or e85
