Good post, I agree on all counts. My biggest gripe with it, is complete lack it would seem to try to design a better manifold. If you are going to spend the time, and money required to do this, why...

Honestly doubt its going to be a huge issue either, as I said in I think 2-3 posts minimum, every platform uses aluminum, nothing wrong with it. What is wrong with it is, if the new manifold does not...

Whatever you say sir, but I wasn't saying anything to anyone actually. Stating a simple fact, if it doesn't flow better what's the point. But the honda kids, see manifold, and get excited. Its an...

I didn't read all this I apologize, just super busy right now. I am just giving this guy $#@! because he is coming in here shooting off his mouth about a platform he seems to know little about. I...

Mercella is def nice work. I can't justify the price difference though, Hogans $#@! flat out works well. Both are awesome!

Hey, this guy builds 1000WHP I6 projects out of V6's, he is a magician! Bottom line is, you nailed it. He is a newb to this platform, and is making statements that not only demonstrate this fact,...

At least someone gets it. I actually talked to Hogans ( http://www.hogansracingmanifolds.com/ ) , which makes some of the most badass manifolds on the planet, over 2 years ago, they told me, send us...

Well if you are building all these cars it hasn't helped your reading comprehension, as I clearly say in every single post I make the manifold cleans up the PI solution. I guess you didn't understand...

Those inlets though....;)

EXPENSIVE! Honestly I would have no problems running aluminum, every platform runs them, they are fine. BUT in this case, if it does not outflow the stock manifold, your only benefit is built in PI,...

In that regard, this kit is winning pretty good. Fitment, and actual performance will determine a lot, if its super laggy, or fits bad it will hurt potential sales. So far I think it looks pretty...

Exactly, so if this doesn't improve airflow, or add horsepower its a moot product, just stick with the stock manifold, and keep the benefits of composite, for well free. If it does, then its worth...

I can tell you have limited exposure to this platform, the stock intake manifold takes 40 psi, no problem at all. People have already said in this thead, it looks cool as a reason for buying, people...

The weld from flange to pipe, 100% mig. You can tell by how they sit on top like a scar, they almost look like computerized mig, but I doubt it.

The closer you look, the less great it looks as far as manifold, and DP. Looks like mig welds on the manifold, and DP. The best part to me is the fittings, they do look very nicely done, and I like...

100% understand heat soak, so yeah there is that. Give me a composite manifold, and an aluminum manifold that flow the same, and I will take composite everday of the week, and twice on sundays....

I contacted them hoping to get a hold of one for testing on the shop car, honestly a little confused by the people saying they hope it tests out great. Take a look aty it, its stock manifold made out...

Still waiting for Alex to send me the N54 pistons, and rods so we can get started.

Now that we have an inhouse dyno, doing comparisons will be easy, I do not see why not. Dyno will be up and functional next week sometime. Car should be up and running with a sample charge pipe on...

Wasn't happy with the last sample, so waiting to refit with requierd changes, then get a new sample.

Whatever you say man. Everything was figured out with Alex, you couldn't wait a few hours for a response. So you had a problem with your rear turbo, could one of many things, inlet not seated, pcv...
