Wow. Super impressive. Can't wait to see your new 1/4 mile time when the weather improves. How's the tranny holding up?

I like that idea - I usually sit them next to each other.

And im a big fan of doctoring up "Grillin' Beans". They are darn good to start with (I usually do the sweet mesquite ones), but then I'll...

Typically a smoker is more for breaking down tougher meat and making it more tender. Steaks don't really fall in to that (more of a sear over high heat). But one of the best steaks I've ever had was...

Unless you're feeding a football team, I think you'll be fine. Two racks can easily fit 12-15lbs (or more) of brisket, ribs, etc. That's a $#@! ton of food. And you can always add an extender to get...

I started with a WSM (18") and have never regretted it. It's got a steeper learning curve than something like a pellet smoker (e.g. traeger), but I enjoyed learning to use it and I've never really...

It's always tough to clock something in a video, but my rough estimate said that did 0-200km/h in about 13-14s. The couple stock M4 DCTs I could find did it in about 13s. I have a really hard time...

Definitely use the minion method as ATP mentioned. And I use water too, but depending on the outside temp, I'll use hot/warm/cold (hot helps heat things up in the dead of winter).

I have a WSM as well. I haven't had any issues smoking in the winter before - I can get it to hold pretty steady at 225 even when it's below freezing outside. Have you tried a different...

Awesome. What sort of smoker do you have again? I'm thinking of doing a brisket this weekend. I've been a wuss this winter and just need to suck it up and make it happen.
