the good thing about PT is that they are small in size compared to BW,

But underneath all the billet wheel and the good reputation its an china turbo nothing more..

so i dont expect all that...

so far i like it..

i hoped that i would get me around the 900whp range. but im gonna change the cam setting and do some more pulls in couple of weeks.

we did go to the dyno 2 months ago... got to 1.5bars of boost and 550whp (we are gonna go with 3.2bars of boost) then the head...

Hey i will try to get custom lenght arp :)

if there is anything better i would be glad to use that.

welding the water channels, and then drilling the holes that are needed.

yeah there are big difference,an old used head have major exhausted material from all the year its been used.. an new will hold better.

we wont port the new one as the old one was.. just to have...

So Guys.. i have found the problem !!


The head is cracked in like 5 places underneath the camshaft !!!!


so all that work and money put into the head is just for nothing !! :(

well yeah it is some like that :) the m20 is so easy to work with.

i mean im at the finish line now.. the engine responded well in the dyno.. and the turbo has its efficiency at 3bars so i know...

First attempt on the m20 WR in power..

540whp on the first pull on 22 psi with poor ignition.. ...

No its not to much boost... we did 43psi last year and that did work well.. even with the standard gasket.
