Definitely. Ramon has done cylinder head development on funny cars, pro stock trucks and an Indy car, so it's safe to say that he can make the S65 head better.

Yes. Ramon builds some serious heads, as a matter of fact his 2JZ head outflows the Titan race head. He's built inumerable Honda B-series heads and everything else from 4G63 to EJ20/5.

Pullies are mainly an idea of reducing rotating mass that the engine must move, thus exerting less force (and using less power) to operate ancillary systems (A/C, for example).

320whp from a naturally-aspirated 4-cylinder would be quite an accomplishment indeed, though I remember reading something about the MBZ W201 Evolution II cars making upward of 350hp in DTM trim....

I have to think that the earliest E36 turbo folks went to them on account of the "complete" system solution, but I am not surprised that AA has chosen to focus more on E46 cars, as those are now...

Who did the tune? Sean Ivey? Junior Barrios? Al Friedman? Only mention them as they are some of the most popular EVO tuners I can think of.
