Not sure how you guys are arriving at these conclusions. The Cobb unit doesn't have rounded end tanks, rounded bars on the face of the IC and the welds dont look as nice as the Helix FMIC.

Also...

why would Cobb price their FMIC higher than the Helix unit? who would buy it? considering the reputation Helix has built on this platform
