We offered to either (a) replace the downpipes with new ones and or repair his set, or (b), we told him to remove the tag. We had a batch of these go out with the tags in the wrong spot, and are more than happy to repair/replace any parts having issues under warranty. He ended up opting for (b), and we worked with him to help out on the labor.

ar design , Nothing i stated was a misrepresentation at the time it was posted. To date you have NOT offered to replace the pipes, but for the sake of @
Fishstix , i hope you do because the tag was removed and the issue still exists. You did help him out on the labor, and i think that's a great move to make - in the end you need to take care of the customer. From what i understand he is still waiting on some sort of resolution from you, but i would hope you are doing everything within your power to make things right. "
