      BMW showed the Vision ConnectedDrive (which was already revealed earlier on the web) in the flesh at Geneva 2011. The lead designer stated the futuristic lines were played down for this concept (really?) and instead the focus is on technology. So what technology is in it? There is a dashboard LCD for the passenger side. There is also a heads up display that projects in 3D. There is a built in browser that can do things like automatically download playlists. So, great, BMW built and Ipad with wheels. No one seems to be focusing on what is under the hood or what the actual specs are supposed to be and BMW completely ignored that part and for the most part we will ignore this due to that.         Umm so where's the technology again? Just because it looks like a scion doesn't make it cool.

        I don't know, but if BMW farts we have to cover it.

        Wow, an LCD screen for the passenger, exciting. That way they go on youtube and watch videos of BMW's that are exciting to drive.

        Hahaha thanks for fixing it, it randomly stopped being centered. Give yourself some rep points from me because I still wants me to spread mine like some kind of disease.

        You know what BMW, how about you just make a car? You know, a real, regular automobile built to a high standard worthy of the ultimate driving machine moniker. If I want a laptop/phone I have one, I don't need my car to be one or post to facebook everytime I get in.

        All this crap is about electronic integration. Has everyone forgotten about the pleasure of actually driving?

        They call this a historic event? A milestone moment? Yes, when BMW builds cars concerned more about about the internet connectivity and smartphone syncing than the hardware under the hood powering the driving experience.
