      Great video that is definitely worth taking a look at. We are not surprised by the results, the E92 M3 is a superior performance car to the IS-F. That's right Lexus fanboys, deal with it. The DCT M3 used won the 0-100-0, 60-100, and half-mile events. We have said all along that the DCT M3 is quicker than the IS-F and this comparison confirms it. It was also amusing to see Paul Tracy struggle with trying to figure out how to get launch control to work. Don't worry Paul, been there.

        Toyota has made some good cars so that isn't really what I was saying. The M3 is a superior vehicle to the IS-F though.

        Im not a lexus fan boy by any means(my brother has an IS-F with intake and take him by atleast 3 cars) ,but I've seen the IS-F beat up on M3's in a straight line numerous times..and I was in the IS-F so i saw it with my own eyes, just saying...of couse the M3 is much, much better in the curves

        People have to understand the distinction between DCT and Manual.

        I beat up on an IS-F personally on the highway, pretty badly but I already had bolt on's. There was a member on 6speed talking smack about his IS-F, his 1/4 numbers were slower than mine stock. Manual and DCT are not the same thing, and for the M3 to pull after the IF-S jumped twice goes to show what the faster car truly is.

        People underestimate the M3 because of its HP and torque ratings, it's ridiculous.

        Im not understimatin or "hating" on the M3 at all. I drive a Bimmer, not a Lexus Click here to enlarge...I was just simply stating what I have experienced first hand..and I would agree with you that DCT vs Manual is a huge difference, and I cant be sure if any of the M3 my brother and I came across were DCT or not.

        On a side note, the driver has a big part with the outcome. Its not just as simple as "smash the gas and go". I have also raced IS-F's that were no where near as fast as my brothers car, which is largly due to driver error IMO. The same can be said for the M3, maybe the M3's we raced jsut had bad drivers..there are so many variables, its hard to just compare HP and torque and determine which car is faster.

        An E39 M5 is sick with a 2JZ swap too...
