      Grand-AM and NASCAR have partnered to make a 12 race DTM championship series happen in 2013 in the United States. For us, this is big news as now we have another racing series other than ALMS to reflect cars that are much closer to their production counterparts. Where else can you see Audi, BMW, and Mercedes sports sedans all go head to head? The interesting part is NASCAR racers may get in on it driving some of the Euro hardware. Cool? We would say, very cool.

        Cool news. Should be a lot of fun to attend races. DTM cars are far from road cars.

        Heard they will be sharing some weekends with Grand Am races. Which includes the Continental Tire Series, best racing in the US.

        Yay! I haven't been this excited since the ALMS raced in miami back in '03. Hopefully there will be a race in Florida. Still almost 3 years away though Click here to enlarge

        No doubt, just like ALMS, but they are at least closer to their real life counterparts than say... NASCAR or F1.
