      Modding comes in all forms and is not always power centric. We spend a ton of time arguing about engines, turbos, superchargers, and performance. BMW modification does not have to be centered around how much power you put down. Take this E28 for instance belonging to Mike Burrows. The car has been.... umm, transformed to put it mildly. Many people expressed praise for the previous iterations of the vehicle but is this newest version too much? We can tell you this much, it certainly is getting people talking and taking notice.

        'Rusty' has always inspired me to do wild things to my own E28.

        This car has had a long history in the spotlight, and being in the possession of the owner of Stanceworks (Mike Burroughs) its not surprising.


        I think as of now the car sports a 1JZ-GTE and the obvious, airbags.

        Oh wow, that's so amazing! Does he plan on driving it?


        Really though, it has some sort of cool factor, but I hate seeing a car "dropped" or "hella flush". If it makes the driving experience worse, it's stupid. I understand he probably raised it after this photo shoot, but the car should be photographed with it's proper suspension alignment.

        I'd rather see it clearing the tires with proper negative camber front and rear. Right now it looks broken, like some giant hand came and smashed it down.

        1JZ adds a few more cool points. Those things can REV, and much like the 2jz while being much cheaper!

        Incredible, I remember seeing that car somewhere. Got any more details? I want to post it up in the S54 section.

        I'm not really a fan of that whole "hella flush" style of modding but I like that he is pushing the envelope styling wise. Obviously, it can't realistically be driven the way it is sitting, all for show which is fine. It is designed to be a showpiece and artistic more than anything.

        As I mentioned before its on bags now. I will see if I can dig up more pictures of it in it's former glory.

        As far as the E36 goes I will find more pics. There is a whole thread on it AND video (it sounds ridiculous) so stay tuned!
