Not only is the motor built, stroked, and supercharged VAC also gave it a billet dry sump system. Some people believe the stock S65 V8 oiling system is up to par but tuners in the know who have disassembled these motors seem to agree on premature bearing wear which the oiling system likely is contributing too. Whether one believe the stock oiling system is up to par or not the billet dry sump system here is definitely a large improvement over the stock system and certainly offers a bit of peace of mind.
Very nice work here by VAC and hopefully they can provide more info on how the dry sump system gets along with supercharged S65 V8 applications and if there is any need to worry about extra stress on the crank. This is definitely one of the baddest S65 V8 forced induction builds out there, great job VAC and give us a dyno shoot as soon as you can.
