Sebastian Vettel took home the driver's title for the third straight year with his sixth place finish just barely good enough to hold off Fernando Alonso who finished in second. The final margin of victory for Vettel over Fernando Alonso was 3 points.
The season is over and there will be some major changes especially for Mercedes who will have Lewis Hamilton joining the mix as well as Mercedes taking over sole control the Formula 1 team. Hopefully the 2013 season holds a much better result for the pointed star. Brazilian GP results as well as final season standings below.
