Supercharged manual E92 M3 races a tuned Nissan GT-R and pulls it easily from a roll, fishy result?

Props to the M3 driver, must be fun beating the gears in that car and he does a good job

The M3 driver is signed up for the Shift-S3ctor event. Plenty of GT-R's signed up including stock 2013's.

Well something is definitely up with this race. The video description seems to strongly favor the M3 but it is incorrect in certain areas making for low credibility of the mods. The M3 is clearly supercharged and a 6-speed manual car, that much is true. But the GT-R is said to have Stillen downpipes which Stillen does not actually make... oops. Secondly, the claim is 20 psi with the tune on 91 octane which no intelligent GT-R owner or tuner is going to be recommending or doing partially due to fuel system limitations.

The strength of the M3 is the topend. A supercharged M3 pulling a GT-R up top is not surprising. It is likely this car has a tune and certain mods just not what is listed in the video. Regardless, the supercharged M3 pulls the GT-R rather quickly and easily. If this race went longer, it would only get worse for the GT-R.

This M3 made somethink like 580 RWHP STD on 91 octane and over 600 RWHP STD on MS 109 on the EAS dyno. Saw it in person.

Actually it quite possibly reads higher than others...just don't know how much higher. Is there another dynojet dyno in OC? If so, maybe two or three of us can do a "dyno audit" where we dyno at EAS and then same day run on the other dyno.

By the way I only made a max of 509 RWHP SAE with the ESS VT2 Supercharger on stock exhaust / 91 octane on the EAS dyno. Right on the money from what ESS advertises.
