E60 M5 with tune, intake, and muffler delete takes on a stock automatic Cadillac CTS-V

The Cadillac CTS-V is a very strong car. With it's supercharged LSA 6.2 liter V8 it put outs a respectable 556 horses. It is necessary to mention the CTS-V in this video is stock and automatic. On paper the advantage is in the Caddy's court versus the M5 with its smaller naturally aspirated motor. What this race video below shows however is how potent the S85 V10 in the E60 M5 truly is especially on the top end.
There is a run from a stop as well where the M5 impressively pulls away from the easier to launch automatic CTS-V. We do not need to be reminded how easy the Cadillac is to upgrade and with a few bolt on's the result would be reversed. Still, for a very mildly modified M5 the result is impressive. With some boost, that V10 would become an incredibly potent mill. Check out the video below and thank you to BimmerBoost member TZ04XJR whom the M5 belongs to.
