      Here is the new AC Schnitzer ACS6 coupe based on the F12 650i. AC Schnitzer claims to raise output to 540 horsepower although we seriously doubt that especially without any evidence to support it. AC Schnitzer pretty much never supports their power claims so no surprise there. The main feature is the aero kit which consists of a front spoiler add-on, trunk spoiler, and a rear diffuser designed around the ACS exhaust (which sounds awesome, check out the video). Overall the body pieces are nice additions but we would like to see a dyno or details on their claimed power upgrades.

        Somebody at AC really is in love with that design rims. All their cars are on them in photoshoots...
        Exhaust does sound wicked.

        ACS should really look at the design process. All they do now is design add-on pieces for the front valances and then add over-wrought rear valance add-ons. It looks tacked on. They missed a great opprotunity here with the new F13 Coupe which is a great template to start with. When you first look at the front 3/4 picture it looks great and then upon closer inspection it is added to the OEM parts. There are much better wheel choices for the money. Although the Type V forged looks good. The rear view is nice but the so called diffusor vanes are too big, and should be carbon fiber.AC Schnitzer is the largest BMW tuner in the world and this is what they present for Essen? Really! This should have been really easy to try and set the benchmark for a F12 6 Series Program but sadly it is not.

        All they care about is selling add on body pieces.

        Their suspension work is excellent, if very much into the harsh realm. Mr. Wolfgarten tunes and personally signs off on the setting for each applicaton, and chain smoking the whole way. I do like the interior carbon fiber applications they do and the Forged Type V look downright great on almost everything they can put them on. But they have slipped, a lot in the 3-4 years. They will add a second more and more aggressive visual package for the F12/F13 6's. And the F12 M6 aero kit will be much different, and more expensive.

        No doubt, that is usually how they operate. These are just the mild pieces and more aggressive parts with higher cost will come later.

        Yes I have their springs on and it feels exactly like stock but when pushed hard in the corners,it feels tighter. Apparently mr. Wolfgarten has done tons of testing for springs. The cert is tucked nicely in my glove box. Click here to enlarge
